1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 299bed website or any of its services, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies referenced within them. These Terms are effective from the date of your registration and remain in force for the entire duration of your account's existence. 299bed reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

3. Account Verification (KYC)

299bed applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
• Passport (valid, photo page).
• Driving licence (where applicable).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days).
• Screenshot or confirmation of the mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) linked to your account.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 299bed may result in temporary withdrawal suspension. 299bed does not charge fees for KYC processing. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 299bed are subject to individual offer terms published at the time of the promotion. General bonus rules applicable to all offers unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not immediately withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable balance.

• Free bet credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

7. Gameplay Rules & Betting

All game outcomes on 299bed are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live event outcomes (for sports betting). 299bed does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances. • Chargebacks initiated against 299bed through a payment provider.
• Use of prohibited software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools.

• Failure to pass identity verification within the required timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where closure is for administrative or verification reasons not attributable to player fault, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 299bed shall not be liable for:
